Womxn Develop at Ubisoft Programme

Ubisoft launches Womxn Develop at Ubisoft, a program dedicated to women and non-binary people (students or recent graduates), with two categories : Design and Programming.

Why this programme?
At Ubisoft, we are convinced that individual differences increase creativity and open-mindedness, enabling the creation of ever more surprising and innovative gaming experiences. The ever-increasing number of gamers is a great opportunity to create inclusive games that are representative of today's world and in which everyone can identify.
Womxn Develop at Ubisoft is part of this vision, and aims to attract and develop diverse female talent for our studios around the world.

Principle of the program :
This program will allow participants to develop their ideas around a given theme and test them with experts from Ubisoft studios. Those that are particularly interesting will have access to personalized mentoring by an expert from the Studio.
The authors of the best contributions will have the opportunity to take part in a VIP tour of the Paris and Annecy studios with exclusive meetings!
