Meeting with Vincent TOUACHE, Head of Rigging at Dneg / Redefine (Montreal)
Born in 1985 in Bourg en Bresse, Vincent Touache first studied illustration and graphic design, before joining Rubika in 2010 to learn 3D directing and computer graphics.
After graduating in 2013 and a brief stint in Paris in lighting-compositing, he joined Studio 352 in Luxembourg as a technical supervisor.
Once his project is finished, he leaves to work in the UK (Aardman, then Framestore), where he starts to focus exclusively on rigs. Then he moved to Canada in 2016, where he lives and works, as head of the rigging department at Dneg - Redefine studio.
Among the projects Vincent has worked on, he counts both animated films (Ricky's Journey, The Spongebob Movie - Sponge on the run, ...) and VFX (Dr Strange, Spiderman, Deadpool 2, ...).
